Headquartered in Sheshan Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, the company has consistently invested in advanced manufacturing capabilities. In 2006, Guhao invested over RMB 8 million in precision equipment, including a German IPG high-precision laser sheet metal cutting system and two servo-controlled high-precision imported bending machines, significantly enhancing product quality and production efficiency.

Responding to global market dynamics and cost pressures in 2008, the company expanded its operations by acquiring 20 mu (approx. 1.33 hectares) of industrial land in Zhouzhuang Industrial Park, Kunshan – located 40 km from Shanghai in "China's Premier Water Town." With an investment of RMB 30 million, Kunshan Xin Guhao Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. was established. Between 2009-2014, the company systematically developed this facility, culminating in an 18,000 m² factory complex.

To support sustained growth and global market expansion, Guhao made another strategic investment from 2019-2020, acquiring 30 mu (approx. 2 hectares) in Sheshan Industrial Zone, Songjiang District, Shanghai. With a total investment of RMB 100 million, this site now serves as the corporate headquarters, housing integrated production, R&D, and global sales operations.
