Shanghai Guhao Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.
was established in 2004 with a registered capital of RMB 23 million.
The company's headquarters is located in Sheshan Town, Songjiang
District, Shanghai.

In
2006, to enhance product quality and efficiency, the company invested
over RMB 8 million in advanced equipment, including one set of a
high-precision laser cutting system from German IPG and two accompanying
sets of servo-driven high-precision imported bending machines.

In
2008, responding to global market shifts, rapid industry development,
and rising costs, the company sought to reduce operational expenses. It
invested RMB 30 million to acquire 20 mu of industrial land in
Zhouzhuang Industrial Park, Kunshan—home to China's premier "water town"
and located just 40 kilometers from Shanghai—establishing Kunshan Xin Guhao Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.
Between 2009 and 2014, the company progressively completed the
investment, construction, and outfitting of the new facility, which
spans a total area of 18,000 square meters.

To
accommodate the company's continued growth and expanding global market
needs, another strategic investment was made between 2019 and 2020. The
company invested RMB 100 million to acquire 30 mu of industrial land in
the Sheshan Industrial Zone, Songjiang District, Shanghai. This site now
serves as the corporate headquarters, production, R&D, and global
sales base.
