• External lugged feeding conveyor equipped with stacker option which can auto spacing the products and save 3 labors, feeding system’s speed is adjustable and controlled by Schneider servo drive in sealing machine;

• Whole system will be standby status when feed by manual or miss feeding, switch-on automatically until continued product feeding.

• Operator interface adopts touch screen that accomplish various settings easily, touch screen control with savable recipes, recallable by products number. Recipes will display the standard adjustment settings for the indicated product number.

• Equipped with automatic inspect alarm function, fault and alarm information will be showed on the touch screen with solutions which is easier for operator to do emendation;

• Continuous horizontal sealing without rips on sealing line in packing process, waste film can be saved 10%~20% compared with traditional equipment which save customer cost a lot;
