The horizontal blade of sealing part adopts vertical driving, while the vertical cutter uses international advanced thermostatic side cutter; The sealing line is straight and strong, and we can guarantee seal line in the middle of the product to achieve perfect sealing effect;

The sealing blade is equipped with automatic anti-cutting protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting of operator’s hand or products; The machine is equipped with organic glass shield with automatic opening alarm function which greatly improves safety;

When it packs different sizes, the adjustment is very simple by rotating the handle to increase the efficiency;

The machine adopts the advanced Siemens PLC programmable controller, with safety protection and alarm devices, while the sealing system can have a continuous sealing order without replacement; Maintenance is very convenient;

Feeding length controls through a combination of electric eye detection and time relay to control precise film length that makes it easier to control the contraction effect;

Two groups of horizontal and vertical electric sensors are easy to switch for thin or small packages which can easily complete sealing packaging operations;

Automatic scrap winder: Using a separate motor to control which is not too loose or too tight to crack and is easy to remove the waste; Waste rotating device is also equipped with automatic alarm function when the waste film is full.

Front inlet power conveyor and outlet no power storage table can be selected as per customer’s demands.

SF-5030LG uses advanced circulation technology and special manufacturing, full use of heat to arise energy efficiency. Frequency inverter controls blowing, adjustable blowing direction and volume from bottom side to get a uniform shrinking appearance on the top and bottom of product.
