GH-450LV
is a fully automatic, unmanned L-type sealing machine independently
developed by our company. It is widely used in high-volume packaging
production lines, where it completes the entire process—including
automatic feeding, conveying, sealing, and shrinking—in one continuous
operation. With high working efficiency, it is particularly suitable for
tall and large-sized products. Additionally, it can be configured with
the close-contact GH-450LVC Vertical Sealing Machine.

The
sealing section adopts a vertical drive system, ensuring even contact
on the sealing surface. This vertical drive overcomes issues common in
traditional L-type automatic sealing machines, such as wrinkling and
misaligned sealing lines, achieving excellent sealing results.

The
machine is equipped with an advanced PLC programmable controller,
safety protection, and alarm devices. The sealing system operates
continuously and smoothly without the need for replacement, and
maintenance and operation are very simple.

Feed length is controlled by a combination of photoelectric sensors and timers, ensuring precise film length.

Horizontal
and vertical photoelectric sensors are installed for easy switching,
enabling simple sealing and packaging of thin or small items.

Automatic
waste winding is driven by an independent motor, preventing
over-loosening or over-tightening that could cause tearing, and
facilitating easy waste removal.

The
sealing blade is raised and lowered by an electric motor to accommodate
products of different heights, achievable with the touch of a button.

uses imported dual air-circulation motors to ensure even heat
distribution in the chamber, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing
shrink effect.

The
chain rod conveyor uses solid steel rods sheathed in imported silicone
tubes for durability. Different conveyor chain materials can be used for
different products.

The conveyor speed is controlled by a frequency converter for stepless speed adjustment.

A
high-airflow cooling system rapidly cools and sets the product after
shrinking. An optional aluminum workbench at the rear prevents packaged
products from falling to the ground.
