GH-3015L
is an economical edge-sealing packaging machine independently developed
by our company, featuring fully automatic and unmanned operation. It is
widely used in high-volume production packaging lines, where it
completes the entire process—including automatic feeding, conveying,
sealing, and shrinking—in one continuous operation. With high working
efficiency, it is suitable for products of varying heights and widths.

The
sealing section employs a vertically driven cross-cutting blade and an
internationally advanced constant-temperature side-sealing blade,
ensuring straight and robust sealing lines. This guarantees precise
alignment of the seal at the product's center, achieving flawless
sealing results.

Packaging products of different sizes requires only manual wheel adjustment, enhancing reliability and ease of operation.

The
machine is equipped with an advanced Schneider PLC programmable
controller, safety protection, and alarm devices. The sealing system
operates continuously and smoothly without the need for replacement, and
maintenance is straightforward.

Feed
length is controlled through a combination of photoelectric sensors and
timers, ensuring precise film length for easy shrinkage control.

Horizontal
and vertical photoelectric sensors are installed for flexible
switching, enabling easy sealing and packaging of thin or small items.

Automatic
waste winding is driven by an independent motor, preventing
over-loosening or over-tightening that could cause tearing, and
facilitating easy waste removal.

An automatic air-blowing function can be added upon customer request.

Optional front-end powered feeding and rear-end non-powered storage platforms are available based on needs.

Imported thermal insulation curtains significantly reduce heat loss.

Shrinking temperature, conveyor speed, and airflow volume are all adjustable.

A viewing window allows clear observation of the shrinking process.

The
conveyor uses newly designed rollers sheathed in imported fiber
sleeves, which are heat-resistant, wear-resistant, non-scalding to the
film, deformation-resistant, and durable. The rollers can be set to
rotate or remain stationary to meet the shrinking requirements of
different products.

This machine is suitable for use with POF, PVC, PP, and other shrink films.
