SF-400LA
is a fully automatic, unmanned L-type sealing and cutting machine,
widely used for batch packaging operations in production lines with high
efficiency. It is equipped with an automatic film feeding and
perforating device, a manually adjustable film guiding system, and a
feed conveyor platform, making it suitable for products of different
widths and heights. The SF-400LAC model also features a close-contact function, specifically designed for packaging small products.

It
is equipped with imported photoelectric sensors, including one set for
horizontal detection and one set for vertical detection, allowing easy
switching between modes. Even thin or small packaging items can be
easily sealed.

The
machine features automatic feeding, and the feed length can be
automatically adjusted through a combination of photoelectric sensors
and timers. It is equipped with an induction motor for automatic waste
winding.

When
the packaging size needs to be changed, the packaging dimensions can be
easily adjusted by rotating a handwheel, eliminating the need for mold
or bag-making device replacements.

Products of different sizes can also be combined for packaging to achieve promotional effects.

The
machine uses an original "AUTONICS" digital temperature controller with
built-in PID functionality. The sealing blade temperature is highly
sensitive and precise, and can be freely set. There is no need to worry
about inaccurate temperatures damaging the products. The sealing blade
also features an automatic protection function to effectively prevent
accidental cutting of packaged items.

The
sealing and cutting section of the machine is equipped with an acrylic
protective cover and an automatic alarm function, significantly
enhancing operator safety.

The entire machine achieves true unmanned operation integration with production lines.

A specially designed upper and lower film synchronization mechanism corrects film deviation.

An easy-tear function can be added according to customer requirements.

It
is suitable for ultra-large-volume shrink packaging in industries such
as software, food, cosmetics, printing, pharmaceuticals, flooring,
ceramics, beverages, and hardware.

SF-4020G
incorporates advanced air circulation technology and is uniquely
designed and manufactured with improvements, allowing adjustable airflow
direction for excellent shrinking results.

The stainless steel heating tubes have a long service life and high energy efficiency.

It uses imported Schneider frequency converters for stepless speed adjustment, ensuring stable speed control performance.

Imported thermal insulation curtains significantly reduce heat loss.

Shrinking temperature, conveyor speed, and airflow volume are all adjustable.

A viewing window allows clear observation of the shrinking process.

The
conveyor uses newly designed rollers sheathed in imported fiber
sleeves, which are heat-resistant, wear-resistant, non-scalding to the
film, deformation-resistant, and durable. The rollers can be set to
rotate or remain stationary to meet the shrinking requirements of
different products.

This machine is suitable for use with POF, PVC, PP, and other shrink films.
