On January 9, 2025, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Machinery, Metallurgy, and Building Materials Trade Union jointly released the winners' list for the 2024 Fourth National Machinery Industry Design Innovation Competition. The "Stepwise Self-Rotating Heat-Shrink Machine" is a high-end piece of equipment developed by Guhao Company to tackle the issues of low efficiency and high energy consumption in traditional heat-shrink processes. Through modular design, this product achieves stepwise self-rotation movement, which, combined with an intelligent temperature control system and adaptive adjustment technology, significantly improves the precision and efficiency of sleeving heat-shrink processing. Its compact structure and user-friendly interface further enhance the user experience. It can be widely applied in areas such as electronic component encapsulation, cable insulation treatment, and the outer-layer packaging of irregular bottled items, offering a new solution for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

KUKO’s participation in the National Machinery Industry Design Innovation Competition aims to accelerate the development of new productive forces through industry exchanges and the transformation of achievements.
