Recently, Shanghai has continuously issued red alerts for high temperatures, with ground surface temperatures steadily climbing. Under these extreme weather conditions, KUKO has launched the "Summer Refreshment Campaign," providing free chilled salt soda water and other heatstroke prevention supplies to outdoor workers such as delivery drivers and couriers who visit the company's campus daily. The company is also concurrently upgrading campus service facilities, taking concrete actions to fulfill its corporate social responsibility.

Responsibility Under High-Temperature Challenges: Corporate Care Seen Through a Bottle of Salt Soda
KUKO is deeply aware of the hardships faced by frontline logistics workers. Under the scorching sun, drivers and couriers need to frequently handle various equipment components such as sleeving and shrinking machines and PACK line machinery, resulting in significant physical exertion. To alleviate the pressure from the heat, the company has purchased salt soda water, chilled it in refrigerators, and established a "Cooling Supply Station" at the campus gatehouse, providing daily supplies at scheduled times. Additionally, the supply station has added heatstroke prevention guidelines to remind workers of the dual safety considerations regarding material properties and personal health protection in extreme environments.

"Salt soda water can quickly replenish electrolytes, and the chilled version helps cool down rapidly," said Mr. Li, a driver who was handling equipment at the time. "KUKO's attention to such details is truly touching."
From "Cooling Supplies" to "Ecosystem Co-creation": Building an Industry Care System
This initiative goes beyond just distributing supplies. KUKO has joined forces with several logistics companies to launch the "Heatstroke Protection Campaign," sharing resources and expertise on heat prevention.

KUKO and Ecosystem Co-creation
"The efficient operation of the industry relies on the contributions of every frontline worker," stated Mr. Feng Haiyun, General Manager of KUKO. "We hope that through technological advancements and ecosystem co-creation, we can drive the entire industry toward a safer and more human-centered direction."
