With the rapid development of KUKO, in order to better protect the rights and interests of employees and resolve possible labor disputes in a timely manner, KUKO has actively responded to the call of the state to build harmonious labor relations and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and employers, and has recently formally established a labor dispute mediation committee. The establishment of the committee aims to resolve labor disputes in the bud through professional and efficient mediation, and promote the harmonious coexistence and common development between the company and employees. This move marks an important step taken by KUKO in preventing and resolving major risks in the field of labor relations and promoting the harmony and stability of labor relations.

The KUKO Labor Dispute Mediation Committee has an office as an administrative body, which is responsible for the development and coordination of daily work. The main responsibilities of the committee include: accepting employees' labor dispute applications, conducting mediation and negotiation, and putting forward mediation opinions; Publicize labor laws and regulations, and raise legal awareness of employees and companies; Regularly summarize and analyze the situation of labor disputes, and provide improvement suggestions for the company. The KUKO Labor Dispute Mediation Committee will follow the working concept of "prevention first, mediation first", actively carry out labor dispute prevention work, and improve employees' legal awareness and self-protection ability by publicizing labor security laws, regulations and relevant policies.
